I'm glad you're here.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas, and I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can finally set down everything you've been carrying.
Over the past decade, I've had the privilege of supporting teens, adults, and families through life's most difficult seasons in schools, community mental health, and private practice. Those experiences have reinforced something I see every day: no two stories are the same, but everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported.
Today, I primarily work with teen girls and women who are navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of difficult experiences. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, gain insight, and move forward with intention.
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and EMDR when it's appropriate for your goals. Together, we'll explore what's been weighing on you, strengthen healthy coping strategies, and build practical tools that support the life you want to create.
Above all, I want therapy to feel like a place where you don't have to have all the answers. A place where you can breathe, reflect, and discover that healing doesn't happen because you have everything figured out. It happens because you no longer have to carry it alone.

A little about me
Outside the therapy room, you'll usually find me spending time with family, journaling, trying a new brunch spot, or planning my next trip. Those moments remind me how important it is to slow down and care for ourselves, something I encourage my clients to practice, too.
